Day 129, Wednesday and warmer

The driveway is starting to melt as the temperature hits 36.
Today started off warmer than it has been in days, with the temp in the mid 30's.  The snow was starting to melt out of the trees and the driveway was not as frozen solid as it has been.

The work day was pretty typical and nothing too exciting.  I took a late lunch at 1:30pm and came home for lunch and I let the chickens out.  They were not to sure at first, but quickly decided that it was ok to venture out and soon they were running all around the yard.  The snow had really started melt, so much of the yard was exposed and they quickly went about rooting bugs and things to eat.

At 6 o'clock tonight my friends Bruce and Mary Ann were coming over to help finish decorating the tree and to help put up the Lionel Polar Express Train.  First we had to have some pizza that I picked up at Papa Murphy's.  We were all hungry and the pizza was consumed pretty quickly.  It was great to be with friends and work on the tree.
